How it works

Working with us, end to end.

Six moves from first contact to a system that watches what you carry. No theater in any of them — each step delivers value you keep whether or not you go further.

  1. 01

You tell us what you decide.

A message on Signal. A call. The question that has been keeping you up. We listen — and we start mapping before we ever ask for a contract. No forms designed to qualify you. No discovery theater.

First response within one business day. A person, not a pipeline.

  2. 02

We map your position — before you pay.

The Live Read: we fold your entity, your holdings, your exposure into the WorldGraph and run a same-day structural assessment. You see the output before any money moves.

One entity, one day, no contract. If we see nothing, we say so.

  3. 03

    The call is already profitable.

On the discovery call we deliver at minimum one vulnerability in your current position and one opportunity you can act on to earn. Whether or not you subscribe, you leave with value.

Skin in the game from minute one — ours, not just yours.

  4. 04

The system goes live on your exposure.

One call provisions everything: your portal account, your Signal pairing, your monitoring scope — companies, countries, supply lines, whatever you decide. Your declared interests are watched continuously.

The system is live before you hang up. Nothing left for later.

  5. 05

Signals find you. You don't hunt them.

When two or more detectors fire on something you carry, you get the alert — with confidence level and the falsification condition. Reports arrive monthly, scoped to your position. The portal keeps the full record.

The world moves. You know. With confidence attached.

  6. 06

    Feedback sharpens the machine.

Every report carries a feedback channel. What you mark as useful or wrong recalibrates the system — your feed gets sharper every month you stay.

The subscription compounds. Month one is the worst it will ever be.

Why Signal

Because what we discuss has a price on it.

A dashboard can be breached, subpoenaed, or sold. The steward runs on the most private channel that exists at scale — not because privacy is fashionable, but because the content of your questions is itself strategic intelligence.

Encryption is not a feature. It is the medium.

Signal is end-to-end encrypted by default. Your questions and our answers — the position sizes, the counterparties, the vulnerable truths — never sit in a vendor's cloud in plaintext.

No metadata moat.

Signal collects almost nothing. Who you ask, when, how often — this is itself intelligence. Most platforms sell it or leak it. Signal's design makes it nearly absent.

The decision maker already carries it.

No new app, no portal login at 2am, no waiting for a meeting. The steward lives in the app you use for the people you actually trust. Ask in the taxi. Answer before the door opens.

Sovereign by architecture.

We do not hold your conversations hostage. Signal's identity is yours; the history is yours. If we disappear tomorrow, your channel does not. Symmetry is the point: we are exposed to you as much as you to us.

The subscription, concretely

What lands with you, every month.

Deep-Dive reports

The full picture, the short recommendation, the next move — scoped to your position. No decks. No filler.

Continuous monitoring

Your declared interests — companies, countries, chains — swept by twelve detectors around the clock.

Signals with teeth

Alerts when the world moves against or for you, each with a confidence level and a falsification condition.

The terms, in plain words

  • Every claim traceable to its source, with confidence attached
  • A falsification condition on every thesis — the exact conditions under which we are wrong
  • The brutal truth, without judgment. We do not manage your feelings; we manage your exposure
  • 2-month reimbursement if we do not perform — contingent on your feedback

Through the noise.

The system watches. You decide. We stand with you.

Tell us what you decide. We'll show you what we see.
