Serik Shakarim is the founder of Forreast — a sovereign intelligence platform built on complexity science, multi-agent AI, and the WorldGraph (100M+ nodes, 1B+ edges). Forreast gives decision-makers back their agency. The Vizier is the flagship: a loyal steward on Signal, 24/7, delivering deep-dive reports and real-time signal alerts. Before Forreast, Serik spent over a decade in institutional and family-office investment, including wealth architecture for decabillionaire principals, multi-billion-dollar institutional capital raising, and cross-border restructuring across investment, technology, metals and mining, energy, and real estate. He built operational teams across more than twenty jurisdictions, authored four country-level investment strategies, contributed to twelve-plus legislative frameworks, and led two national codex revisions. He executed 700+ investment transactions including 30+ private equity deals and managed AUM ranging from $80M to $3.2B.

His current research integrates fluid-dynamics models of capital flow, network topology analysis, multifractal characterisation of risk, and signal detection from complex-systems theory. His writing applies this methodology to specific questions in crypto markets, fixed income, equities, and macro contexts. Every article carries personal authority, falsification criteria, and a “what this means for you” section.

Two book series are in progress: Sovereign Series (3 books) and a longer philosophical series Holopraxis integrating complexity science with contemplative practice. He holds a bachelor's degree from Nazarbayev University, reads in 7 languages including English and Russian, and is currently learning Ancient Greek. He is a father of two, practises rock climbing and martial arts, and constantly travels around the world.
