Forreast uses a specific vocabulary. These are not buzzwords — they are precise terms for precise concepts. If you are going to work with us, you should know what we mean.
The codename for the Forreast system as a whole.
A vizier was the sovereign's most trusted advisor — the one who saw the whole field and spoke the truth the sovereign needed, not the truth the court wanted. Our Vizier is the AI Engine plus the WorldGraph plus the human team, working as one. It lives on Signal, in the Platform, and through the API. It never sleeps. It never judges. It never compromises.
A living digital twin of reality — 100M+ nodes, 1B+ edges.
Not a database. A dynamic, multi-layered map of the global system — geopolitics, economics, supply chains, actor networks — updated in real-time. The WorldGraph is the substrate on which every Forreast analysis is built. It captures cascading dependencies: a chokepoint in the Strait of Hormuz does not just affect oil prices; it affects shipping insurance, food supply chains in Africa, and the GDP of East Asian manufacturing hubs.
The causal path through which a vulnerability can be exploited.
We do not list threats. We map the exact sequence of events that could destroy your position: Vulnerability → Threat Actor → Exploit → Consequence. Then we hand you the countermeasures. Example: 100% reliance on a single Chinese supplier → US export controls → supply chain disrupted → production halts, $2M/day lost. Mitigation: a secondary supplier in Vietnam, already identified.
The causal path through which resources align for asymmetric growth.
The mirror of the Vector of Attack. We map the exact sequence of events that could produce disproportionate returns: Desire → Resource → Action → Outcome. We simulate 3–5 vectors — Best, Worst, Most Probable — with step-by-step actions to steer reality toward the Best Case. This is not forecasting. It is causal mapping.

The WorldGraph is static without signals. Our 8 Signal Classes — Behavioural Divergence, Containment Pressure, Regime Instability, Structural Shift, Lifecycle Position, Algorithmic Regime, Phase-Lock Index, Noise Trader Index — detect change before it becomes obvious. A single signal is a hypothesis. We require multi-signal confirmation before generating a thesis.

Borrowed from Karl Popper. We do not make a prediction without stating the exact conditions under which it would be wrong. If the conditions are not met, you trust the signal. If they are met, you exit instantly. This eliminates emotional attachment to bad positions. It is the difference between a thesis and a hope.

The Vizier responds with the full weight of the WorldGraph behind it, in your tone, on your schedule. This is the velocity surface — for live conversation, alerts, and on-demand briefings.

The Vizier Portal is the deliberate counterpart to the Chatbot's velocity. A dark-mode portal where you review deep-dive reports, leave structured qualitative feedback, manage your fine-tuning profile, access the Vault, and administer your account. Where the Chatbot is conversation, the Vizier Portal is rigor — the place where judgment is recorded and compounded.
The integration layer. For plugging the Vizier into your infrastructure.
For institutions that already have infrastructure — ERP, trading software, analytics platforms, modeling tools. Token-authenticated access to the WorldGraph, real-time signal ingestion, custom data pipelines. Intelligence without integration is just theory. The API makes the Vizier a substrate, not a destination.
The layered process that turns raw data into signal.
Raw data is noise. We apply entropy filters, the falsification imperative, and multi-signal confirmation until what reaches you is signal. Every thesis states the exact conditions under which it would be wrong. Information is defined as a reduction in uncertainty — if a piece of data does not reduce your uncertainty about a decision, it is noise, and we discard it.

Borrowed from Nassim Taleb. Fragile things break under stress. Robust things resist stress. Antifragile things get stronger from stress. We design your systems — operational, strategic, informational — to be antifragile: to gain from volatility, to use disorder as fuel. The mountain does not rush to be tall. But it stands. And it builds.

If you use Forreast for two months and gives feedback on the reports delivered in that period, and the system still does not perform to your expectations, we reimburse you. Feedback is the mechanism through which the Vizier is refined — and the proof that we have skin in the game. We do not ask you to bear the risk alone.
