Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Forreast platform, website (forreast.com), or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Order Form, constitute the complete agreement between you and Forreast.
2. Description of Services
Forreast is a strategic management research platform that:
- Collects and processes public and commercially available data
- Generates strategic management research reports and analysis
- Provides dashboards, reports, alerts, and API access
- Offers a single subscription: $5,000/month, with all active intelligence products included
3. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions require a 3-month minimum commitment with a $5,000 monthly floor. Payment is via bank wire (Wise) in USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, or HKD. Invoices are issued upon subscription and are due Net 30 days.
4. Reimbursement Policy
If a client uses Forreast for two months and provides feedback on the reports delivered in that period, and the system still does not perform to your expectations, Forreast will reimburse you. Feedback is the mechanism through which the platform is refined to the client — and the proof that you engaged the system in good faith.
5. Nature of Services
All outputs are advisory in nature. Forreast does not make investment, legal, or operational decisions on behalf of clients. Forreast provides strategic management research reports and analytical tools as digital products. Forreast does not provide investment advisory, financial advisory, or regulated financial services. All reports are research and analysis products for strategic management purposes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary data; (c) share access credentials; (d) use outputs in a way that incriminates the user or Forreast.
7. Intellectual Property
All reports, analysis, and platform outputs are the intellectual property of Forreast. Subscribers receive a license to use outputs for internal strategic purposes. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written consent.
8. Data and Privacy
We process personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Addendum. We comply with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable data protection laws. See our GDPR Notice for EEA-specific information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Forreast’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the 3 months preceding the claim. Forreast is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the platform ceases and outstanding invoices remain payable.
11. Modifications
Forreast may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
