Our Policy
We stake our reputation on the value we deliver. If a client uses Forreast for two months and gives feedback on the reports delivered in that period, and the system still does not perform to your expectations, we reimburse that client.
We require a minimum 3-month commitment — because real calibration takes time. We cap our deep-dive reports to ensure quality over quantity. And we demand active feedback — because the system gets smarter the more you teach it.
